Empowered Fitness offers several programs tailored to meet your specific needs and abilities.

 

Our Programs include:

  • Personal Training
    Are you having trouble staying motivated and consistent with your workouts? Why not hire a personal trainer? Personal Training will be offered one-on-one with a fitness professional. Troy will design exercise programs according to individual needs and goals. Personal Training is a highly effective avenue for one seeking weight loss, increased flexibility, increased strength, increased cardiovascular conditioning or athletic enhancement. The trainer and client will determine when and how often they will meet. Training will be done by the hour or half-hour sessions. Group training will also be available at a reduced rate and is a great way to experience personal training with friends.
     
  • Circuit Training Class
    Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, fat loss, strength and stamina. The circuit training format utilizes a group of strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by brief, timed rest intervals, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and your training goals. The number of participants in each class will be 4 or more people. The classes will last 30-45 minutes.
     
  • Customized Exercise Program
    Are you making any progress towards your fitness goals with your current exercise program? Are you using the same reps, sets, and bored with the same exercises? Why not have a fitness professional design a written exercise prescription that can be designed specifically for you to get the fitness results you desire faster?
     
  • Natural Bodybuilding
    Just like the title says, no steroids needed to get your body into its fullest potential. Troy can help you with your physique, muscularity, posing technique, and the state presentation needed to be a true Champion!! With the right nutrition, cardiovascular training, and strength training you can get the body you desire.
     
  • Senior Citizens
    Senior citizens can benefit from strength and cardiovascular training with increased bone density, improved heart and circulation condition, improved balance and increased total strength. Muscles tend to weaken with age, and this decline can eventually rob seniors of their active, independent lifestyles, Weight lifting can protect seniors from devastating fractures. By strengthening the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around your joints, weight lifting can dramatically improve your range of motion. It can also cut down on pain by increasing the capability of muscles surrounding the afflicted joint, which eases stress on the joint itself.
     
  • Cardiovascular Training
    Personal training clients can purchase punch cards to use the cardiovascular equipment. Clients will schedule an appointment to use each piece of equipment to ensure that the equipment will be available for other clients at specific times. There will be a 60 minute time limit on each piece of equipment. The card will be punched for each cardiovascular training session regardless of the amount of time per session.
     
  • Nutritional Guidance
    With obesity on the rise, nutrition is a very important ingredient for overall health. Using NutriBase, a leading nutrition program, Troy will assist you in developing a daily nutrition program that will make you lose, maintain, or gain weight. Calories will be calculated according to the individuals' body weight, body fat, and activity level. With a proper nutritional balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats you will have the look, energy, and body composition to live a healthy lifestyle.
     
  • Fitness Evaluation
    Each client will be assessed using MicroFit Technology. MicroFit is a state of the art fitness and wellness evaluation which measures blood pressure, heart rate, body fat, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. This assessment will evaluate the client's fitness status, identify appropriate health improvement programs, and track outcomes.
     
  • Athletic Performance
    Troy applies scientific knowledge to train athletes with the primary goal of improving their athletic performance. Troy conducts sport-specific testing sessions, designs and implements safe and effective strength and conditioning programs, and provides guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.
